Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Byrne Surf and we work hard to ensure all our clients walks away feeling that they have received a quality product, value for money and outstanding service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

(All items other then surfboards)

Exchanges (only full price items)

– Up to 30 days from date of purchase

Refunds (only full price items)

– Up to 30 days from date of purchase

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return your item with the proof of purchase in the same condition as you received it, within 30 days and we will happily exchange or refund the full priced item/s. We are also happy to ship your exchanged item/s back to you for free, but your are responsible for the cost of freight back to us. We highly recommend you return your item/s by insured, registered post because Byrne Surf is not liable for any lost return parcels.

Surfboards
Please take careful consideration when purchasing surfboards from Byrne Surf as we do not refund or exchange due to change of heart. We understand every circumstance is different; thats why we are happy for you to contact our customer service team to discuss your individual situation.

Byrne Surf will happily exchange your surfboard/s if you do not receive what you ordered adhere to the below terms:

  1. a) within 30 days from invoice date,
  2. b) return the board with proof of purchase (ie. copy of the invoice / return form, enclosed when you received the goods or via email originally)
  3. c) with the surfboard in the same condition as wen you received it.
  4. d) board sent back in the wrapping and box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed.

SHIPPING

We aim to ship in-stock purchases within 48 hours of payment confirmation and send via courier or Australia Post. We will advice on shipping times for special order and custom surfboards.

We do not ship over weekends.

A signature is NOT always required on delivery, depending on the courier company and the size of the item.  Please let us know if it is NOT safe to leave the item at the premises via email on sales@byrnesurf.com or on the comment section on your order. The product will be left at the front door at your own risk.

Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Byrne Surf indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms and conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms and conditions are signed by Byrne Surf. Byrne Surf reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Out of Stock Items
We keep on top of our inventory levels as closely as possible. There may be rare occasions (on any given product) where a customer may purchase a product that is temporally out of stock. In this case we shall contact the customer immediately and give an estimated time of arrival, if they are happy to wait that’s great. On the occasion that the customer does not
